1. Booking contract
    Booking are confirmed by email once the deposit has been paid.
  2. Minimum stay
    Minimum stay is two nights, we are willing to consider alternatives, but you need to contact us by email.
  3. Prices
    The prices depend on the number of days and season of the year.
    If you wish a more personal service and for long stays. Contact the owner directly by email.
    In winter it is included a starter pack of firewood on your arrival.
  4. Payment system
    The booking will be confirmed after a 30% deposit of the total amount has been made.
    You have the option to pay by credit card or bank transfer.
    The outstanding amount must be paid on arrival in cash or if you prefer by bank transfer at least five days before your arrival, please include booking details when making the transfer.
    REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IN CASE OF DAMAGE.
    On arrival a deposit of 100€ needs to be paid. On the leaving day, the house will be inspected, if everything is in order you have the deposit back.
    The owner reserves the option to return the deposit on your leaving date or by bank transfer within the next few days.
  5. Cancellation Policy
    If you cancel your holidays within 2 months of your arrival you will lose your deposit.
    Or alternatively it is possible to rearrange your dates and make a new booking, if this incurred a price increase the difference must be paid before your arrival.
  6. Cancellation by the owners  under extreme circunstances.
    The owner reserves the right to cancel a booking in extreme circumstance, an alternative accommodation in a similar house will be offered or a full refund will be made.
  7. About our holidays homes
    At the point of booking, please, indicate how many people are in your group including children.
    The owner can legally refuse to admit any person no declared previously.
    The pool season is from March to October, for an alternative arrangement outside this period, make direct contact with the owner.
    The owner needs to have access to the pool and the outside area for maintenance.
    There is a baby bed and high chair available, please indicate if required.
    Wi-Fi connection is sufficient to navigate the web, send and receive emails.
    In case of malfunction the owner will attempt to resolve the problem with the Wi-Fi provider as soon as possible.
    Check in is from 16:00pm on
    Check out is before 12:00 midday
    Pets are welcome, please indicate when making the booking.
  8. Anomalies and deficciencies
    Any malfunction of available equipment or general complaints should be conveyed to the owner during your stay, the owner will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
    No claims for compensation will be acknowledged post the clients stay if not reported during the occupancy of the house.
