The house is set in its own extensive grounds, and is enclosed and gated, with a swimming pool, gardens and large sun terrace. In the bedrooms have air conditioner. BOOKINGS FEES

High season: July and August, only weeks possible, at the price of 900 € / per week.

Rest of the year: minimum stay of two nights, weekend or weekdays is possible at 130 € / per night.

Middle season: April, May, June and September. 550 € / per week.

Low season: October, November, December, January, February and March. 500€/ per week.

The house is situated on the top of a hill, with stunning views of the Axarquia region that stretch as far as the sea. It is in a very quiet location, surrounded by vineyards and olive and almond trees. The house is perfectly positioned to take advantage of the many signposted walking routes in the area, allowing you to make the most of this beautiful region.
